Where are you located ?
Noor Wood Design is based in Atlanta, Georgia. I handcraft all pieces in my local workshop.
Do you take custom commissions?
Yes, I accept a limited number of custom commissions. If you have a specific idea or request, feel free to reach out via the Contact Page. I’d love to collaborate with you to create something unique.
What goes into crafting each piece?
Every piece from Noor Wood Design is handmade by me in my small workshop. As a one-person, low-production shop, I put care and precision into every step—from designing intricate patterns to cutting, assembling, gluing and finishing each item by hand. I source high-quality materials like Baltic plywood and exotic hardwoods individually, rather than buying wholesale. My prices reflect the time, skill, and premium materials that go into every creation in order to offer you a unique piece that is built to last.
What materials do you use?
I primarily use Baltic plywood and a variety of exotic hardwoods, including Purple Heart, Sapele, Walnut, African Mahogany, and Hard Maple. Occasionally, I incorporate dyed veneers to add color and vibrancy.
Are your items food-safe?
Yes, all items intended for food use, like serving boards, are finished with Odie’s Oil, which is food-safe, solvent-free, and non-toxic.

Do you ship outside of Atlanta?
Yes, I ship across the U.S and to Canada. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact me for availability and shipping options.
