Noor Wood Design takes pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

• Use the contact form on the website within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• Once approved, I will provide instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping and Processing Fee

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.
• A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the processing fee.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
